I am getting a 404 not found while accessing intelligent mapping API and uploading json data.
Tried all the steps as mentioned in URL http://sw-intelligent-mapping.github.io/intelligent-mapping-services/#IntelligentMappingServices/AddingServicesToApplication.htm#
Do i have correct URL? Doing a cf env provides me intelligent mapping prod url which i used in screenshot attached. Am i missing anything.

A new version of the services was deployed a couple of weeks ago. Those API points are no longer valid I'm afraid. If you created a service instance some time ago, you will have to do cf purge-service-instance.
Please check the API description in the corresponding tile at predix.io. Also, be aware that the new API starts with /v1/, which is not displayed there - we are working with the Predix team to get that fixed.
Let me know if you get stuck.
Thanks
Enrique
