Are there problems with maven repository?

Hi everybody, I'm trying to build and push in the cloud my first PREDIX app, based on this tutorial: https://www.predix.io/resources/tutorials/tutorial-details.html?tutorial_id=1466

I follow succesfully first 4 steps (even DevBox virtual machine playing) and the beginning of the 5th, but I encounter an error in the IDE (Eclipse / Spring Tool Suite) when I try to import inside the "gs-spring-boot" maven project.

Substantially one of the downloading dependencies (only one!) results not resolved because of the reasons in the attached image.

Moreover, if this can help, when I try to update all my Ecplise components and plugin I encounter an error linked to the first (I think): "Unable to connect to repository http://download.eclipse.org/technology/m2e/releases/context.xml Connection to http://sjc1intproxy01.crd.ge.com:8080 refused"

Obviously I can't continue, I can't build the solution, I can't push it in the cloud... :(

Any ideas or suggestions?

Hi Matteo. It looks like your Maven settings.xml isn't using a proxy server appropriate to your environment. In DevBox, can you open ~/.m2/settings.xml and look for the <proxies> block. Is there an entry for http://sjc1intproxy01.crd.ge.com:8080 there? If so, then you would want to replace this with something that would work for your location.

A quick way to figure this out is to fetch the pac.pac your laptop is using to auto-configure your browser proxies. You can find the URL in the Windows Internet Options or in OS X's System Preferences > Network. Put the URL (e.g. http://your.pac.host.com/pac.pac) in a browser and download and open the file. The set of candidate proxy hosts is listed at the top. Experiment with the various hosts to determine the best one for your location
