Please note that px-data-table is quite old and hasn't been updated in a long time. You really should switch to px-data-grid; aside from being more up-to-date and presumably more secure, it offers more functionality. That said, look at https://www.predix-ui.com/#/elements/data-table/px-data-table to see the CSS custom properties you can use for hover behavior.
